Every design is custom-printed or embroidered to order. Producing our prints and caps on demand instead of in bulk helps us minimise excess stock and reduce waste.

  • UK Shipping: 2–4 business days via reliable local couriers once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is specially made just for you when you order, we unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, or select the wrong size or colour. We really appreciate you taking an extra moment to double-check your basket before checking out!

If something isn't right, we’ve got you covered!

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing mistake, please don't worry. we will gladly send out a brand-new replacement free of charge.

How to get your free replacement:

  1. Drop us a friendly email at hello@caprulo.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Once we receive your email, we’ll take care of everything else and get a fresh replacement sent straight to your door!
